ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 25, 2011

10:00A.M.       Called meeting to order. Present: Paula B. Keefe, Richard B.

                        Gorden and Mark J. Mazur.

1.   The Board signed a notice of late application for someone who filed a

      FY 2011 exemption application late.

2.   The Board read a notice from the ATB informing us that a taxpayer had

      requested a Findings of Fact in regards to their Appellate Tax Board case.

3.   The Board denied a FY 2011 Clause 41A deferral application for the owner of  

      Parcel 84-51.

4.   The Board noted that Town Meeting would begin on May 2, 2011 and that we

      are sponsoring two warrant articles.

5.   The Board took the following actions on Fiscal Year 2011 abatement 

      applications for the following properties:

      Personal Property Account for Comcast of MA/NH/OH Inc.                      Denied

      Personal Property Account for New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC  Denied

6.   The Board considered another abatement application but, did not act on it.

7.   The Board discussed expanding our use of Executive Session.

8.   Paul Keefe was reappointed Deputy Assessor. Note, that this is a non- paying

      advisory position.

9.   The Board decided to hold their next meeting on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at

      10:00A.M.
